Initiate Your Request
Log into your Kolo account and select the order you wish to return, or use our guest portal with your order number and zip code to generate a return authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original box with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the return slip is included inside.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
