Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks depending on your location and the selected white-glove service.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Kolo ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal to follow your shipment's progress.
